We don’t believe in perfection and we certainly don’t believe in an ‘ideal’ version of what a man should be. However, we do believe that everyone has a right to be happy and healthy. Exploring how and why you eat, move and think in context will fuel the change you need.
A program is something to follow; it’s prescriptive and usually doesn’t require much thought. On the other hand, a roadmap is still laid out, but you decide where you want to end up. The journey you take is up to you. We’ll give you all the tools and space you need to find your own way. But we’ll deliver your content slices day by day, so that you never feel overwhelmed. You can become exactly who you want to be, one day at a time. We want you to make lifelong changes, not short-lived improvements.
Dictionary definitions say resilience is the ability to recover quickly from difficulty. For us it’s more than that. Think of it as a skill you can use to face any challenge that life throws your way. By understanding and overcoming life’s speed bumps we grow. Resilience is knowing that adversity can make us stronger, not weaker.
Resilient people share common ground
The fitness components suit all abilities. Some are gym-based, some are sport- based activities, some just require a little of your time. That said, we know that gyms can be intimidating places. But, the best way to overcome that is to have a solid plan in place. Knowing exactly what you have to do in each session, seeing the exercise demos on your phone and understanding your past workout results, will take care of any anxiety.
Growth only happens outside our comfort zone and that’s when we become our best self. What seems impossible now will one day be so easy you won’t give it a second thought. Take a pal with you or if you’re a newbie, chat to a receptionist or trainer first. Besides, most people go to the gym to focus on themselves. They really aren’t looking at the new guy. If anything, people will respect you for making a positive change.

Endeavour is £125/month for 12 months. (Yep, the same price as a new pair of trainers or a decent steak dinner with a bottle of vino). Compare that with combining a program from a non-personalised fitness trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle coach.
A standard non personalised training program is £40-£50 per month.

We would never exclude women from joining the roadmap. Almost all of the information, training, nutrition and coaching is directly applicable to a female Endeavourer. There is one topic in the Mind Element, “masculinity” which might not be directly applicable to the female viewer, however it would give a brilliant insight for anyone with a male partner.
